Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the conditions applicable to transport service contracts concluded between the transport provider and its clients. By using our service, you agree to comply with the following conditions as well as the PlanYourDrive terms of use available at https://planyourdrive.com/app_terms
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A booking can be cancelled by the client, before the pick-up time indicated in the booking voucher, by phone or email: Cancellation more than 24 hours before pick-up time: 100% refund of the ride amount. Cancellation less than 24 hours before pick-up time: full ride amount due.
Payment Policy
Payment of the deposit or the full price of the ride can be made online via Stripe. Payment is made by credit card via a secure electronic system or cash during the service (Checks not accepted). By providing bank details, the client accepts in advance and without condition that the transport provider proceeds with the secure transaction and authorizes their bank to debit their account for the service amount.
Vehicle Substitution Policy
In case of unavailability of the initially planned vehicle, the transport provider reserves the right to substitute an equivalent category vehicle. The client accepts in advance and without condition that the transport provider proceeds with the vehicle substitution.
Late Policy
In case of driver delay exceeding 60 minutes, the client may request a 50% refund of the total amount. In case of client delay: free 10-minute wait, additional wait charged at €0.80/minute (max 30 minutes), if no news after 30 minutes, the service is lost and charged 100%
Luggage Policy
Luggage is accepted and remains under the responsibility of the client. The transport provider cannot be held responsible in case of damage and/or loss of luggage or electronic devices (phone, tablet, etc.).
Other Policies
The Client undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with the transport provider to behave responsibly from pick-up, in particular: Respect for traffic laws; No smoking, eating or transporting dangerous materials; No alcohol consumption on board; Any vehicle damage will be entirely at the client's expense; Pets are accepted only in a transport cage; Cleaning in case of vomit will be charged €200 including tax
